The VP Human Resources for Ensemble is responsible for directing all the people functions of the Ohio/Kentucky market in accordance with the policies and practices of the organization, and the laws, regulations and administrative rulings of governmental organizations and other regulatory, advisory authorities and organizations. The incumbent will report to the Chief People Officer.

VP HR Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field required. Master’s degree and SHRM certification is preferred. Acute revenue cycle experience a strong plus.
  • A minimum of 10 – 15 years of senior level management experience, including supervising others required.
  • Generalist background with broad knowledge of employment, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training and development.
  • Proven experience with leading change, employee relations, and implementing HR programs
  • Communicates Human Resources programs, and authority/responsibility of Human Resources and line management within those programs. Provides necessary education and materials to line management and employees-workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, standardized reports.
  • Adept in HRIS systems; desirable to be in Workday, Kronos and Ulti-Pro, workforce analysis and metrics
  • Possess high energy, enthusiasm and passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
  • Must be personable and approachable, an excellent communicator, and able to promote and maintain the momentum for change and development among peers, colleagues and associates across a complex organization.
  • Ability to be collaborative, flexible and adaptable, and able to provide strong leadership during times of change; the vision and sensitivity to sustain a cultural transformation process consistent with Ensemble’s vision.
  • Serve as business partner/advisor to Ohio site leadership in execution of HR strategies and programs that support the client needs.
  • Oversees and/or implements a variety of Human Resource programs and initiatives that enhance retention, productivity and engagement of staff and leaders.
  • Acts as a champion for change and a culture of integration within Ensemble and support of the initiatives and priorities of other clients and partnerships.
  • Builds, cultivates and fosters strong relationships within and between human resource teams and system service functions. and partnership.
  • Provide human resource support to Ohio and the clients, in the areas of employee relations, staffing and recruiting; talent development; performance management; benefits, policies and total rewards and HRIS; consisting of a combination of analytical, strategic and administrative responsibilities.
  • Focused on cultural health, driving accountability on initiatives, identification and implementation of Human Resources best practices consistent with Ensemble vision and practices.
  • Strategic human resource operations planning and execution to provide the company with the best people talent available.
