Job Summary

The Executive Recruiter at Ensemble is focused on bringing in the highest-level revenue cycle talent to help drive the business forward while delivering a best in class candidate experience.

Job Description Summary:

• Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.

• Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates

• Full lifecycle recruiting experience - cradle to grave; from unique candidate sources to offer close

•Partnering with key leaders throughout Talent Acquisition, Human Resources,

• Create and maintain strategic recruiting plans with clearly defined objectives, desired outcomes, and a calendar of events

• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.

• Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Ensemble’s mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.

• Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.

• Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.

• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for mid to senior-level openings.

About You:

•10+ years of experience with recruiting executives, including progressive growth and increased accountability over time in current or past companies

•5+ years of experience in a corporate recruiting role

•Experience with delivering executive hiring results in a professional services environment

•Experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal executives and executive candidates

•Experience with delivering results throughout the entire recruiting life cycle

•Experience with providing data integrity, reporting requirements, and key accountability metrics

•Proven track record of success in all aspects of recruiting.

•Flexibility to operate effectively in a global construct and to travel as needed.

•Highly deadline-oriented, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.

•Excellent oral and written communication skills.

•Computer competency with Microsoft Office products

•Energetic self-starter, with strong leadership skills, work ethic, and highest level of integrity.

•Proficiency in systems (Internet, Office Applications) and proficiency in and/or ability to quickly learn internal business systems.

• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.

•An ability to quickly adapt to rapidly changing environments while serving as a steady point of continuity for their team.
