The Recruiter will drive the recruiting process and assure the best candidate is hired within the full lifecycle of recruitment. Portfolio will include both volume roles and leadership positions. Job duties will include:

- Posting approved positions.

- Assisting leaders with qualifying the positions needs and establishing the recruiting process.

- Sourcing through applicants, and cold-sourcing from Careerbuilder, LinkedIn, and other sites.

- Screening applicants and setting up expectations regarding the next steps. Scheduling interviews with the hiring team.

- Creating/extending offers and gaining the required approvals to do so.

- Other duties and projects are assigned.

Education:

Bachelors degree required.

Certifications:

PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred

Experience:

- 3+ years' solid recruiter experience.

- Intermediate knowledge of employment law, policies and procedures, and practices.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills; influencing skills.

- Excellent networking skills.

- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.

- Good negotiation/closing skills.

- Good selling skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to deliver results in an ambiguous environment with capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities.

- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills required.

- Previous database experience required, including candidate searching skills. Internet searching skills

- Understanding of general labor market conditions and healthcare workforce.

This is a full time role (40 hours/week) and will take place during day-time hours.

This position is located in the Huntersville, NC office and will support the Ensemble team.
