JOB TITLE: Manager – Revenue Recovery Education

REPORTS TO: Director Revenue Recovery


    • Plans, creates, coordinates, schedules and teaches training and staff development programs with Revenue Recovery and its clients
    • Works collaboratively with management and supervisory personnel in order to determine training needs for clients, remote associates and on-site associates.
    • Works directly with Ensemble clients to educate on revenue cycle topics and build strong relationships
    • Contributes to training policies and schedules, utilizing knowledge of identified training needs, business systems, or changes in procedures, regulations or industry trends.
    • Utilizes knowledge of effectiveness of various methods of individual training, group instruction, lectures, on-the-job training, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.
    • Organizes and develops training materials, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures utilizing visual aids, and other educational materials.
    • Trains associates and supervisors in effective techniques for training in such areas as those concerned with new employee orientation, specific on-the-job training, refresher training, upgrading, and retraining.
    • Updates records and compiles reports on performance rating, certification success to evaluate performance and monitor progress of trainees.
    • Conducts quality assurance audits (QA) at defined schedules, of staff work product to ensure that all associates are in compliance with standardized work process.
  • Conducts routine skills assessments and process audits to ensure compliance with adherence with all privacy, security and regulatory policies.

  • Ability to work with technology necessary to complete job effectively. This includes, but is not limited to phone technology, AR system, insurance verification / eligibility tools, patient liability estimation tools, and scanning technology.
  • Organizes work/resources to accomplish objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Maintains stable performance under pressure or opposition. Handles stress in ways to maintain relationships with management, clients, and co- workers.
  • Other relevant work functions, as requested.


BA/BS Degree required

5 years of relative experience within healthcare revenue cycle

Must be familiar with revenue cycle structure and process

Create reports and/or presentations in Excel, Power Point or Word accurately and efficiently

Coordinate meetings and training sessions

Communicate effectively, timely and professionally
