The Vice President of Business Development will utilize their prospecting strategy, identify key targets, and relentlessly execute a defined plan to rapidly gain traction, build pipeline, and deliver newly contracted business relationships for Ensemble’s revenue cycle services and analytics technology.

• Build, maintain, and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities, and move these opportunities efficiently and effectively through a thorough sales process and progressions to revenue creation.

• Develop strategic industry relationships, and expand personal network and the Ensemble brand by engaging in local, regional and national professional organizations (i.e. Becker’s, HFMA, etc.)

• Provide the necessary experience to leverage proven and effective sales approaches to close new business and revenues.

• When directed, partner with assigned Client Engagement to identify, strategize, manage, and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within Ensemble’s existing provider client accounts.

• Update, maintain and utilize the or other CRM regularly.

• Achieve sales goals and objectives to help achieve overall business development and new business goals for Ensemble

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in a Healthcare related field preferred.

Experience: The Vice President of Business Develop will be able to bring unique insights to help targeted account opportunities, see their specific business challenges with new and unique approaches to resolution, while securing and closing new business sales for Ensemble Health Partners.

• Versatility: Able to adapt the varying styles of different buyers.

• 5+ years of experience selling enterprise and/or revenue cycle products and services to healthcare industry C-suite and senior management.

• Proven Sales record in achieving sales targets, and closing complex sales.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong questioning capabilities and superior listening skills.

• Remote position

• Able to operate independently and travel extensively (100%) for business needs.

• Coachable, and desires to support a culture of “people first”.

• Assertiveness: Relentlessly pursuing the next step in the sales process.

• Achievement of a bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
