Ensemble Health Partners is looking to build a team of top performers well versed in the Healthcare Revenue Cycle and eager to meet and exceed client expectations. We are searching for leaders with a background in the revenue cycle from either the Healthcare providers or payers perspective who would like to maximize their professional potential.

The Revenue Cycle Director will support the Assistant Vice President of Revenue Cycle in the selection, direction and development of department team members, and will report to the Assistant Vice President of Revenue Cycle. The Director will be responsible for assisting Team members with problematic claims and questions regarding processes. Position duties include managing the daily work-flow of the department, monitoring progress to identify trending issues and develop training or processes to address these issues. The Director will also hold huddles to efficiently cover new or evolving training focuses to encourage and develop team members. The Director will be responsible for overseeing progress on the floor and monitoring the worked accounts for quality assurance.

Candidates that exemplify the following traits would enjoy this position:
• 3-5 years experience working with Healthcare Insurance Claims and working knowledge of healthcare Revenue Cycle required, hospital specific insurance experience preferred
• 2-4 years of previous supervisory experience, preferably within the healthcare setting, required
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or a Healthcare specific field required, Masters preferred
• Excellent verbal skills and written communication skills
• Proven Leadership skills – the ability to motivate and lead in a team-based productivity environment
• Resourcefulness, Problem Solving and Critical thinking skills
• Adaptability to rapid growth and a progressing environment
• Integrity and Honesty
• An Internal Drive to Succeed and pride in accomplishments
• High degree of professionalism and customer service
