Job Summary

As a CarePATH Team Lead, you'll work side by side with physicians, nurses, therapists, billing office staff and more to configure our software, help people to lead and manage change, and ultimately transform the way Catholic Health Partners provides healthcare for Ohio and Kentucky. You will apply your creativity and problem-solving skills to discover and design solutions for a broad array of issues, from configurations improving efficiency and patient safety to optimizations and software upgrades. We will provide you with constant change and the opportunity to learn and grow. You will be in a position to make important decisions as part of a team. You should be quick-thinking, independently motivated, and show a willingness to learn.This role supports all medical records and coding departments throughout Mercy Health. This encompasses build, maintenance, and support of the following Epic Applications: Grand Central and Prelude. 

Qualifications - Minimum

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above with strong academic performance.
  • Two or more years of experience with healthcare software implementation
  • Currently certified in an Epic software application.
  • Experience in directing the activities of groups of 5 or more people.
  • Experience in managing projects and leading meetings.
  • Excellent at providing and receiving feedback regarding job performance.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Ohio and Kentucky and other states as needed.


Full-time, 40 hours per week, days, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
